Returns & Exchanges

At Kastoor, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the garments in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
